Shipping policy

Effective date: 15 October 2026

Standard shipping is included in the price of physical portraits to the destinations we support. No minimum order value is required. An optional shipping upgrade, if offered, has its own clearly displayed price.

Available delivery destinations are shown before payment. We do not currently promise worldwide delivery.

Each physical portrait is produced after the order is placed. Production time and carrier transit time are separate. Delivery timing depends on the product, destination and selected shipping service. If your order is needed by a particular date, contact us before purchasing. Express delivery, where offered, is a carrier-service upgrade and does not guarantee faster production or arrival by a particular date.

We will provide tracking when available. An order containing different items may arrive in separate parcels. We will communicate material delays and provide the choices or refunds required by applicable law. A delivery estimate does not remove those rights.

Check your delivery address before paying and contact hi@darlingpetstudio.com promptly if it is wrong. We will try to make changes while the order can still be amended. Any additional cost caused by a requested change must be explained and agreed; statutory protections remain applicable.

If a parcel is missing, damaged or marked delivered but cannot be found, contact us so we can investigate. We remain responsible for delivery obligations owed to you.

Digital portraits are supplied electronically after payment verification and have no physical shipping charge. A physical portrait includes a digital download only where expressly stated in the offer.
