How long does it take?
Generated previews appear in 10–20 seconds. Physical orders ship within 7–11 business days.
What happens if I need to cancel or report a problem?
Contact hi@darlingpetstudio.com promptly to cancel or report a problem. A voluntary cancellation receives a full refund if production can be stopped before manufacture begins. Cancellation is not guaranteed after manufacture starts. Your statutory rights for faults, damage, incorrect supply or delivery failures remain.
Where can I download my purchased digital portrait?
Use the private download link sent after payment verification. Purchased portraits remain available for repeat downloads without a time limit, subject to order-access controls and lawful erasure requests.
How can I contact customer service?

Do I need an account?
No account or email is needed before your preview. Your portraits stay available in this browser. Sign in with Shopify to save your gallery across devices.
Can I try a different portrait?
You can request another version when generation is available. Earlier portraits remain in your gallery, and you choose the exact version to order.
What will I receive?
Review the watermarked preview, then select an available product. Shopify confirms the price and payment at checkout. Digital portraits can be downloaded after payment is verified.
